About The Position

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • HS diploma
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Ability to stay on task and take responsibility for assigned duties
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high=level administrative support role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and agenda preparation
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information
  • Track and follow up on key projects, deadlines, and action items
  • Support company events, meetings, and special projects as assigned
  • Improve administrative processes and suggest efficiency enhancements
  • Performs other duties as assigned
