About The Position

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide dependable administrative support that keeps daily office operations accurate, organized, and responsive to internal teams and customers. Your day as an Administrative Assistant is structured and fast-moving: you start by reviewing priorities, checking messages, and confirming the day’s calendar. Checking in patients is priority. As requests come in, you shift between updating documents, preparing materials for upcoming meetings, and keeping information easy to find and up to date. Throughout the day, you balance planned work with time-sensitive items, staying focused on accuracy, clear communication, and smooth handoffs so the office stays on track from open to close.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience/training
  • 1 year of administrative assistant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Checking in/out customers for appointments
  • Coordinating calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Managing inbound/outbound correspondence (phone, email, mail)
  • Maintaining orderly files, records, and documentation
  • Drafting and formatting reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Supporting meeting and event coordination
  • Handling general office tasks, including supplies and equipment tracking
