About The Position

Bonneville Contracting and Technology Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are looking for an organized, responsible, and service-oriented individual capable of supporting the company's administrative operations and contributing to our organization's continuous growth. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the various departments of the company, ensuring efficient handling of documents, communications, coordination of activities, and office tasks. This role plays a fundamental part in maintaining internal organization, serving clients and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with the company's administrative processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience of at least two (2) years in administrative or corporate office functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of document management systems and office technology tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish; English preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and priority management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Attend phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate and maintain schedules, meetings, appointments, and corporate events.
  • Prepare, file, and maintain physical and electronic documents in an organized and confidential manner.
  • Draft letters, memos, reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Follow up on purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and project-related documentation.
  • Coordinate the reception and distribution of correspondence, packages, and office supplies.
  • Keep company databases, records, and administrative systems updated.
  • Support in preparing reports and gathering information for management.
  • Manage office supply inventories and coordinate purchases when necessary.
  • Assist in coordinating travel, reservations, and logistics for meetings or corporate activities.
  • Collaborate with human resources, accounting, operations, and project departments as required.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of corporate and employee information.
  • Perform other related administrative tasks assigned by management.
