The position also includes scanning legal documents, filing for safekeeping, preparing repair files with data entry for scheduling and tracking systems, and providing support to other departments as needed. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will handle payments during customer checkout, provide purchase orders for vendor repairs, and create and monitor processes to ensure compliance and up-to-date filing.
