About The Position

Holman Auto Center has an outstanding opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This role involves contacting clients to schedule appointments for collision repair, answering incoming phone calls, managing online scheduling, and greeting customers for appointment check-in. The position also includes scanning legal documents, filing for safekeeping, preparing repair files with data entry for scheduling and tracking systems, and providing support to other departments as needed. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will handle payments during customer checkout, provide purchase orders for vendor repairs, and create and monitor processes to ensure compliance and up-to-date filing.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Auto collision or Service center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Contact clients to schedule appointments for collision repair
  • Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments for estimates and repairs
  • Online scheduling management
  • Greet customers for appointment check-in
  • Scanning of legal documents and filing for safe keeping
  • File preparation for repairs including data entry of scheduling and tracking systems
  • Work directly with management to provide support to other departments as needed
  • Handle payments as part of customer check out
  • Provide purchase orders for vendor repairs
  • Create and monitor processes to ensure compliance and for filing to stay current
