We work directly with infrastructure owners and in collaboration with designers and contractors to improve, protect, and enhance existing structures. With 4,500+ team members across the U.S. and in select international markets, we’re the largest concrete repair specialty contractor in the country. We’re currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Houston office, located in Deer Park, TX. Requirements

  • 3 or more years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Great organizational and time management abilities
  • A professional, adaptable, and team-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the construction or contracting industry
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the front desk point of contact – answering phones, greeting guests, and handling incoming/outgoing mail
  • Providing administrative support across departments, including data entry, making field travel arrangements, AP processing, and maintaining confidential information
  • Helping with employee events and celebrations
  • Assisting with meeting prep, event logistics, and general office management tasks
