About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking an energetic and professional Administrative Assistant to support the business from multiple locations and via various functions across the nation. This position will provide primary administrative support to the Pharmacy Director and management staff, assist with gathering electronic records requests from clients, and offer general administrative and clerical support in a variety of areas. Responsibilities include data entry, typing memos, reports, and correspondence, distributing mail, scanning accounts payable into the system, and maintaining the kitchen stock and cleanliness.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Excellent communication and phone skills with ability to adapt within our diverse customer base
  • Able and comfortable in making a high volume of outbound calls daily
  • Proficient in computer and typing skills with the ability to multitask using different programs simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in an office environment a plus
  • Excel knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

  • Gather electronic records requests received from clients
  • Serve as primary administrative support to Pharmacy Director and management staff
  • Provide administrative and clerical support in a variety of areas
  • Enter information into database as needed
  • Type memos, reports, correspondence, newsletters and any other communication as directed
  • Separate and distribute mail to appropriate personnel
  • Scan all accounts payable into system
  • Keep kitchen stocked and cleaned up – reorder kitchen items from approved list and submit to purchasing department
  • Other duties as assigned
