All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking an energetic and professional Administrative Assistant to support the business from multiple locations and via various functions across the nation. This position will provide primary administrative support to the Pharmacy Director and management staff, assist with gathering electronic records requests from clients, and offer general administrative and clerical support in a variety of areas. Responsibilities include data entry, typing memos, reports, and correspondence, distributing mail, scanning accounts payable into the system, and maintaining the kitchen stock and cleanliness.
