About The Position

SAIC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide critical programmatic support for the successful execution of the Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S) and Marine Air Defense Integrated Systems (MADIS) projects. This role will focus on deliverable management, training coordination, badge/tracking compliance, scheduling, and ensuring that team members have the appropriate network and system access to meet project objectives. The Administrative Assistant will serve as a central touchpoint for program documentation, process tracking, and logistical coordination while fostering clear communication within cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and manage key Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs), such as Weekly Status Reports (WSR), Monthly Status Reports (MSR), Staffing Plans, and other contractual deliverables. Ensure all deliverables are submitted on schedule, with attention to accuracy and compliance with contractual and program requirements.
  • Track training requirements for all assigned team members, ensuring compliance and timely completion of mandatory government and corporate training requirements. Maintain records for badge issuances and renewals, ensuring all personnel have the appropriate credentials and access.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, including preparation of agendas, distribution of materials, and coordination of attendees. Serve as the primary point of contact for meeting logistics, including conference room reservations, virtual link setup, and follow-up on meeting action items.
  • Facilitate the process of obtaining required network, system, and infrastructure access for team members to ensure seamless program execution. Track access expiration dates and take preemptive actions to renew or update credentials as necessary.
