The position involves supporting customers with freight arrangements, managing yard access, organizing meetings, ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating service vendors. A significant part of the role includes accounts receivable duties such as processing payments, generating statements, monitoring outstanding balances, investigating discrepancies, and assisting with month-end reporting. The role also provides overflow support to the accounting team and may involve local supply pick-ups and data compilation.
