About The Position

AHA Consulting Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support their Burlington office from approximately mid-July through mid-December. This part-time, on-site role will help keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly by supporting proposal formatting, vendor lunch coordination, office supply ordering, and general administrative needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a busy professional office environment.

Requirements

  • Prior administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formatting instructions.
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable managing recurring office tasks.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, employees, and visitors.
  • Comfortable working on-site in the Burlington office.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Set up proposals and related documents in the correct company format using established templates and instructions.
  • Assist with vendor lunch coordination, including ordering lunches, confirming details with vendors, and helping ensure the lunch is ready for employees.
  • Be available on-site when vendor lunches are scheduled to assist with set up, clean up, and break down.
  • Order and maintain supplies for the office and kitchen.
  • Help keep common areas, kitchen supplies, and meeting/lunch set-ups organized.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Burlington and Boston offices as needed.
