About The Position

We’re seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for an executive and their team. The ideal candidate possesses previous administrative support experience, has the ability to work well under pressure in a busy, dynamic environment, and is available to work from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

  • Create and revise PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordinate senior-level internal/external meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain complex and extremely detailed calendars and prioritize meeting requests and related logistics
  • Provide general administrative support in a team environment including processing invoices and expenses, assisting with requests for information from various departments within the firm, scanning, and maintaining office documents, excel spreadsheets, checklists, and files
  • Interact with senior leaders in a professional and effective manner
  • Work on special projects on an ad hoc basis
