About The Position

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for various administrative tasks within the training, engineering, and installations departments.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor degree in related field, or equivalent work experience in an Administrative role
• Accuracy/attention to detail
• Ability to plan projects and follow timelines
• Organizational skills
• Communication skills, including the ability to fill in for Receptionist duties
• Experience with file sharing via Microsoft Onedrive and Dropbox
• Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Valid Driver's License to occasionally run errands

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming general phone line calls as part of a team of administrative Fosber employees responsible for answering incoming phone calls
• Other projects utilizing Microsoft Office tools
• General office duties
