Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required; some college or applicable business certification is preferred
  • 0-3 years minimum of office/clerical experience
  • Good organizational skills; attention to detail
  • Keep confidential information
  • Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in print
  • Provide, as well as carry out, detailed verbal and written instructions independently
  • Collaborate with others to accomplish organizational goals; identify and resolve problems
  • Use logical or rational thinking to solve problems; make decisions based on personal judgment
  • Perform mathematical calculations (fractions, decimals, percentages, statistical) as needed
  • Demonstrate competency in Microsoft Word, including PowerPoint; Prolog if applicable
  • Ability to understand and execute the company vision and values of Team, Excellence, Service, and Trust

Responsibilities

  • Able to create presentations using PowerPoint or other applicable software
  • May respond to routine correspondence under own signature or draft response for review on more complex correspondence.
  • Follows up on items delegated to others
  • Often responsible for gathering detailed information or performing considerable research
  • May have access and be responsible for confidential records or reports
  • Prepare expense reports and financials
  • Coordinate and arrange travel reservations
  • Coordinates, schedules, and reserves conference rooms for training and meetings, and responsible for setting up conference rooms with appropriate technology
  • Assist with Time Sheet entry
  • Assists with other duties as assigned within designated Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
