About The Position

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. The Physical Therapist will work alongside experienced physicians, therapists, and support staff in a modern, collaborative practice focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program preferred
• Active Utah Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients throughout their recovery
• Supervise PTAs
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and the rehabilitation team
