About The Position

TRP Construction LLC, a leading Pavement Marking Company with locations in Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Our company values safety, precision, and excellence, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to support our daily administrative and clerical operations. The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to various departments including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, credit card processing, and general office management. This role requires effective communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role in supporting accounting, payroll, and HR functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to work with complex spreadsheets including Vlookup and Pivot Tables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional interaction abilities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to the office.
