The role involves primary phone coverage, preparing and mailing packages, sorting and distributing mail, preparing and distributing daily reports, resolving administrative problems by coordinating report preparation, analyzing data, and identifying solutions. It also includes compiling documents and information, assisting with meeting budgets and reports, maintaining meeting calendars, creating charts and graphs, helping with PowerPoint presentations, performing data entry, and managing the filing and storage of important documents.
