As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of the funeral home while providing compassionate, professional service to the families in our care. You'll be one of the first points of contact for families, guiding them through the administrative aspects of honoring and celebrating their loved one's life with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Working alongside Funeral Directors and company leadership, you'll prepare and maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with state laws and regulations, and help coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the funeral home. You'll also oversee a variety of operational responsibilities, including managing office supplies, company vehicles, equipment, and facility needs to help create an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment. Some evenings, weekends and on call may be required based on business needs.
