About The Position

NEO Surgical Group, a rapidly growing practice, is seeking a qualified individual to fulfill the role of Administrative Assistant for our established site in Orlando. Candidates should have at least one year of prior administrative experience and should demonstrate effective multitasking abilities, the capacity to remain composed under pressure, and consistently display professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, possess strong communication abilities, and exhibit fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French Creole, Russian, Ukrainian, or Portuguese is preferred. Prior experience in Neurosurgery, Orthopedic care, Pain Management, Chiropractic and Personal Injury is a plus. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Welcoming, communicating with, and liaising with callers. Handling incoming calls, recording messages, and coordinating with insurance providers and legal entities Reviewing and editing documents for accuracy and completeness Performing administrative tasks such as copying, responding to emails, faxing, scanning, and filing Assisting with business expansion initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations If you feel you meet all our requirements and would like to be a part of our amazing team, please send us your resume.
