About The Position

Provides high-level administrative support in association with and as directed by department leaders and/or the general manager. Administrative support includes, but is not limited to, the following departments: Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, Events and Marketing. This is a Full-Time position with Stonecreek Association, located in Naples, FL, and is part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management. The role is seeking a driven individual eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three to five years of secretarial experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience working for senior level manager and/or supporting multiple managers.
  • Ability to read and speak English in order to perform the duties of the job.
  • Exceptional organizations skills; maintains accuracy and neatness; ability to multitask; attention to detail.
  • Is willing and able to learn new skills and is highly trainable.
  • Works well in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including, but not limited to, use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to accurately type at least 50 words per minute.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Ability to compose letters and to facilitate phone calls and general inquiries sensibly.

Responsibilities

  • Performs various secretarial duties for department leaders such as filing, answering phones and taking messages, handling information requests, data entry and other similar tasks.
  • Performs clerical duties including data typing, copying, and taking minutes at meetings.
  • Orients visitors to the department and/or facility.
  • Distributes daily mail and maintains filing system to include databases and creating and maintaining online files.
  • Completes special projects and related duties as assigned.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as required.
