About The Position

PleasureLand RV is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to be the first friendly face and voice our customers encounter. In this role, you'll help create a welcoming experience for our guests while supporting a variety of administrative functions that keep our dealership running smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Answer the main customer service phones in a friendly/professional manner, ask questions to determine their needs in order to transfer to the correct and most appropriate person or department.
• Professionally and pleasantly greet every in-person customer, ask questions to determine their needs in order to direct them to the appropriate area.
• Prepare, sort, distribute all incoming mailing and coordinate outgoing mail with all mail services daily.
• Follow procedures, and process paperwork, for all new units coming in, and filing when completed.
• Assist the sales team, store, sales, and business managers with all office and other items, as needed.
• Assist and support the service and parts departments as requested, including being cashier and point-of-sale for parts and work orders, as needed.
• Keep front desk, surrounding area, customer areas, and coffee station in a clean and orderly manner. This may include vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning restrooms, cleaning front door glass, as needed.
• Assist A/P coordinator with selected vendor log and matching up corresponding receipts.
• Responsible for making deposits and doing till reconciliations on a daily basis, or as needed.
