In this role, you’ll spend your day as a go-to support for the building—greeting visitors, assisting associates and leaders, and helping coordinate the day-to-day administrative needs of the distribution center. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage priorities through effective organization
  • Proficient in computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal & customer service skills and a team-centric mentality
  • Experience reviewing and working with financial or operational documents preferred
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, including handling confidential information appropriately
  • Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to following all safety policies
  • Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support, including organizing, maintaining, and distributing reports, documents, and materials in line with established procedures
  • Create, edit, format, and proofread documents, reports, and communications using Microsoft Office and other systems
  • Support office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating vendor needs, and maintaining an organized and functional workspace
  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, route inquiries to the appropriate departments, and manage messages as needed
  • Manage facility access by greeting visitors, supporting check-in processes, and ensuring compliance with building access protocols
  • Serve as a point of contact for associates, visitors, and customers, providing a professional and helpful experience
  • Partner with site leadership to support associate engagement initiatives, committees, safety programs, and training activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs
