About The Position

The Wharton Global Youth Program is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and project management support to the Senior Executive Director and the broader team. This position offers a diverse set of responsibilities and is an excellent opportunity to engage with various aspects of our programming.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in an office setting with both digital and in-office tools
  • Demonstrated knowledge of office digital tools, including the MS Office suite and other comparable tools
  • Must be in the office at least 3 days each week, with additional in-office days during peak periods

Responsibilities

  • Provide project-based support for programs and competitions, including managing administrative functions and reconciling financial transactions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce Help Desk tickets, triaging requests and assigning them to staff for response, as well as offering Tier 1 level support
  • Provide support with social media and other marketing materials
  • Oversee the background check clearance process for all new instructional staff working with minors
  • Staff the office front desk and manage the main phone line, ensuring a welcoming and supportive first touchpoint for students, faculty, staff, and parents
  • Collaborate with Wharton Finance & Administration and the Wharton Executive Education Operational Team to manage supply orders and materials for team operations
  • Manage daily operations for the Wharton Global Youth suite in partnership with Wharton Huntsman Hall Operations
