About The Position

The Setup Administrative Assistant assists with clerical needs of the Setup Department. The Setup Administrative Assistant coordinates and implements all administrative procedures of the Setup and I&D Departments. Accountability is to the Setup Manager. Bilingual Preferred. Every day brings something new with hundreds of events throughout the year and annual events such as the Big Ten Football Championship game, FDIC International, Gen Con, Indiana Black Expo, Indiana Comic Con, National FFA, and PRI.

Responsibilities

Prepare work orders for the Setup Department utilizing Momentus
Scan and upload complete work orders to event specific folder
Assist the Setup Manager with Profit and Loss systems
Assist the Setup Manager with Event Review sheet, documenting information for all events
Maintains office area and office supply inventory
Inputs ADP schedules and performs daily time care checks
Generate and prepares letters, reports and other documents as assigned
Manage day to day operations of the departmental SharePoint site
Other duties as assigned by the Setup Manager
