About The Position

As an administrative assistant, you help carry out administrative activities for your sector. You provide administrative and secretarial support to your unit’s managers and employees. You help coordinate and plan your unit’s management activities. You draw on your ability to communicate effectively and tailor your approach as needed to carry out your tasks.

Requirements

  • Trade school diploma in a related field
  • High school diplomas in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required

Responsibilities

  • Help managers plan and coordinate management activities and manage their agendas, calls, emails and mail.
  • Carry out secretarial tasks (draft, revise, update and format documents for various departments, etc.).
  • Carry out internal administrative tasks (sales tracking, dashboards, expense reports, inventory management, performance reviews, etc.).
  • Produce documents (reports, minutes, statistics, balance sheets, etc.).
