About The Position

Fish Window Cleaning of the Peninsula is seeking a part-time team member to perform general administrative tasks. This role involves answering and directing phone calls, handling email, accounts receivable, scheduling, and other duties to assist the General Manager. Routine tasks include processing previous day's invoices, building deposits, and making follow-up sales calls. Daily or weekly customer service phone calls and surveys are also part of the role, along with maintaining filing systems and organizing the office.
