About The Position

Kunes RV is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our dealership office operations team. This full-time position works closely with dealership leadership to maintain accurate records, support administrative and accounting functions, and help ensure smooth daily operations across sales, service, and parts departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in administrative support, office administration, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer service, or data entry who is looking to grow their career in the recreational vehicle industry. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in administrative support, office administration, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer service, or data entry
  • RV dealership, automotive dealership, powersports, marine, or retail experience is a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment preferred
  • Additional business or accounting coursework is beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Support daily RV dealership administrative and accounting operations
  • Assist with accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), banking activities, and related recordkeeping
  • Process RV inventory transactions, completed sales, registrations, titles, and licensing documentation
  • Maintain accurate files, schedules, reports, and dealership records
  • Prepare, scan, file, and organize paperwork and electronic documents
  • Assist with inventory reconciliations, title reconciliations, and monthly reporting tasks
  • Provide administrative support to sales, service, parts, and management teams
  • Perform additional office, clerical, and administrative duties as assigned
