GFT is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Construction Services team! This role follows a fully remote work model. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as an administrative assistant
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work activities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 applications.
  • Experience with integrated IOS phone systems.
  • Must be available to work core hours (8am-5pm, M-F) aligned with Eastern or Central Time Zones.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s Degree.
  • Prior experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Construction Services Corporate Business Group (CBG) staff.
  • Review and process vendor invoices, credit card reconciliations, and track accounts payable (AP).
  • Support timesheet and expense account entries.
  • Process conference, seminar, training registrations, and coordinate travel and meeting arrangements.
  • Administer employee certification maintenance and support annual resume updates.
  • Coordinate directly with Shared Services staff to resolve human resources, quality, safety, financial and operational matters.
  • Support with company vehicle mileage log entries.
  • Process employee new-hire paperwork, change notices, and related documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Visibly supporting and providing an efficient communications link between the employees in the Business Line and all company policies, procedures, directives, and activities.
