About The Position

Michels Pacific Energy, Inc. is a sought-after energy contractor that works on building and maintaining transmission lines and distribution networks, and repairing damage caused by natural disasters to improve lives. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide day-to-day support to the Power team. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality, multi-task, prioritize, and project a professional image.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 0-3 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask, be organized, and prioritize work

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Check and prepare invoices for approval.
  • Facilitate invoice billing.
  • Perform transactional data entry into systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Work with corporate and divisional support on a variety of clerical related tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
