About The Position

Dominium is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join their team at Maryland Park, a 172-unit apartment community in St. Paul, MN. This role is responsible for covering all administrative duties of the property.

Requirements

  • 3 years of general administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • MS Office and Yardi software experience preferred
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and welcome on-site visitors
  • Enter and close work orders
  • Enter purchase orders
  • Complete unit inspections
  • Work with contractors and vendors
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned
