About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our administrative team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day office support and assist the Director of Administration and other managers with various administrative functions.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative, office assistant, or clerical experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels
  • Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments
  • Reconcile accounts payable (A/P) invoices and assist with invoice processing
  • Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail and deliveries
  • Assist with general office organization and administrative projects as needed
