Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Branch Manager and field office adjusters. This role is responsible for managing office operations, coordinating communications, organizing information, and supporting special projects. The position requires handling confidential information, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, and exercising independent judgment to prioritize and organize a diverse workload.
