This role acts as a direct assistant to Directors and department leadership, supporting calendars, budgeting, scheduling, and information tracking and reporting. The position performs other tasks that help ensure efficient and effective communication and operations, handles correspondence, and may introduce approaches for better information management. The role may prepare simple information or analyze, verify and interpret data, and suggest changes or other next steps. Additional duties may include but are not limited to filing, answering the telephone, computer data entry, and maintenance of medical records. The Administrative Assistant assumes a variety of other responsibilities, from performing clerical duties to assisting with operations reporting.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a healthcare or office setting
  • Excellent Telephone Skills
  • Able to sit extended periods, with intermittent standing and walking
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
