Fish Window Cleaning of the Peninsula is seeking a part-time team member to perform general administrative tasks. This role involves answering and directing phone calls, handling email, accounts receivable, scheduling, and other duties to assist the General Manager. Routine tasks include processing previous day's invoices, building deposits, and some follow-up sales calls. Daily or weekly customer service calls and surveys are also part of the role, along with maintaining filing systems and organizing the office. The company has grown to be the world's largest window cleaning company with more than 250 franchise territories in 43 states, maintaining traditional values and a commitment to treating every customer as their only customer. FISH partners with nonprofit organizations on an ongoing basis to support causes across the United States through volunteering, leadership, and charitable giving. They are looking for courteous, self-motivated, and friendly individuals who pay attention to detail. They clean glass at commercial and residential locations, including retail, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. Reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license are necessary.
