Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. This position supports ERS operations by completing administrative tasks related to operational activities. The role involves reviewing operational reports for accuracy, including ERS records and quality reports. It also includes developing, maintaining, and updating a variety of databases, such as data collection and entry, assisting with analysis and organization of information, and assisting with report preparation. The Administrative Assistant will organize and prioritize administrative activities for senior Directors/Managers, ensuring all work is completed within established timeframes. Responsibilities include typing, formatting, and proofreading various materials like correspondence, minutes, agendas, manuscripts, policies, procedures, templates, and form letters. The role also assists Directors/Managers with the ongoing monitoring and analysis of ERS Quality and Patient Care Records and takes initiative to handle matters and solve administrative problems that do not require direct supervisor attention.
