About The Position

McDonald’s is evolving its global marketing model to be more connected, efficient, and effective, with greater emphasis on data, measurement, and decision support. As part of this effort, McDonald’s is establishing a Future of Marketing team to define how marketing capabilities, processes, and ways of working will evolve over time. The team will help the business better leverage scale, improve consistency across markets, and strengthen the overall effectiveness of marketing investments. This role supports the Marketing Transformation VP and Future of Marketing Function Lead. This role is a critical partner and team member to the Future of Marketing Global Business Services team, across GBS, Marketing and with our supplier partners. This role is accountable for performing a wide variety of specialized and administrative functions. Requirements

  • Proven experience in Office Administration, Office Management, Executive Assistant, Executive Support or similar position(s).
  • Experience providing travel arrangements
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities and projects at once, with an attention to detail, in a fast paced environment
  • Tech savvy – should know MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams/WebEx or similar meeting tools and motivated to learn new skills and systems
  • Strong communication, project management, and critical thinking skills
  • Polished, professional, and comfortable interacting with Executive level management, handling confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Must be extremely proactive, positive, and energetic
  • Reliable, results-oriented, and able to anticipate needs
  • Able to be in-office three days per week

Responsibilities

  • Provide extensive calendar management and complex meeting planning, including webinar execution and facilitation
  • Coordinate all travel (domestic and international) arrangements and logistics including itinerary building, and expense report processing
  • Track timelines and coordinate the completion of ongoing department projects including audit and verification of project expenses including project budgets
  • Generate department related reports, including intake for strategy discussions and pricing related information
  • Develop, consolidate and edit PowerPoint presentations, agendas, meeting summaries and other materials in support of department meetings
  • Handle and assess vendor contracts and invoicing in a timely matter, which includes managing the IT system requests and tracking issues
  • Assist with on-boarding process for new team members and participate in cross functional admin partnerships
