Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks with urgency.
  • Proficiency in standard office equipment, phone systems, word processing, and data entry in Excel.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and can work independently with changing priorities based on business needs.
  • Strong integrity, work ethic and dependability.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 2+ years of office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (extensive Excel), Google Workspace, and Oracle is preferred.
  • Maintains high attention to detail while being reliable and punctual.
  • Demonstrates direct communication skills both independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated professional with a sense of urgency and the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods during a shift (up to 12 hours) with intermittent breaks.
  • Walk up and down steps and bend over multiple times throughout a shift.
  • Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises.
  • Wear all required task based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria such as steel toe boots, hearing protection, safety glasses and cut-proof and latex gloves.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests professionally, clearly communicate FabShop needs by receiving incoming supply order needs and coordinating internal orders and deliveries.
  • Coordinate daily shipping activities, including preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs), generating pick sheets, and communicating routes to drivers.
  • Perform extensive data entry in Excel and Oracle, audit shipping/sales numbers, and distribute daily department scorecards and production schedules.
  • Fulfill orders from open orders report, manage customer sample deliveries and execute monthly cycle counts.
  • Monitor inventory levels including quarterly cycle counts, order office and production supplies, and maintain organized files and documentation within MaintainX for production floor assets.
  • Provide backup for the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor, Office Manager or Receptionist as needed.
  • Close out weekly work orders in MaintainX.
  • Manage first aid cabinets and safety vending inventory to maintain OSHA and compliance standards.
