About The Position

A fast-growing, remote-first accounting firm supporting small businesses across the U.S. The company operates with efficient systems, structured workflows, and a collaborative team environment focused on delivering reliable support to clients. With continued growth, the business is expanding its internal support team to improve operational efficiency and maintain strong organizational processes. As the company scales, additional operational and administrative support is needed to help maintain smooth day-to-day workflows. This role exists to support back-office operations, maintain organized records, and assist the team with administrative coordination while following established SOPs and internal systems. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations across the business. This is an entry-level role with strong growth potential, ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn. You will work within structured processes and receive training from the internal team while helping ensure smooth administrative and operational execution.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of administrative or similar experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and SOPs consistently
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace and spreadsheets
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an accounting or bookkeeping environment
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or financial documentation
  • Experience supporting remote teams

Responsibilities

  • Perform billing checks and basic financial reviews
  • Generate, organize, and maintain simple reports
