Documentation Support: Assemble and verify loan files, select financial data, collateral related documents and searches, credit reports, and loan applications. System Maintenance: Accurately review and image loan documents, business financials, tax returns, and other applicable loan, credit, and customer related documents to the bank's core system following current naming conventions. Compliance & Administration: Ensure files comply with bank policies and regulations, manage calendars for lenders if needed, and monitor monthly reports for loan maturities, past due loans, loan fees, loan covenants, etc. Client and Third-Party Liaison: Serve as a contact point for borrowers and third-party vendors (including, but not limited to settlement companies, attorneys, and various collateral related search companies) to collect necessary information and respond to inquiries. Loan Processing: Assist with preparing loan closing packages, drafting letters, and initiating correspondence.
