About The Position

Responsible to work directly with Director of Outpatient and Emergency Services to accomplish tasks associated with tracking, monitoring, and reporting information.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or HSE required.
  • Experience providing administrative/clerical support.
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and continuous auto insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Support data collection and client communication to process provider transfer requests.
  • Set up scheduling templates for therapists in the EHR system, including ETO entry.
  • Maintain familiarity with EHR system functionality and reporting features.
  • Conduct random reviews of clinical documentation as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Help complete client phone surveys.
  • Prepare for and record minutes during meetings and trainings.
  • Contribute to the completion of reports and tracking (e.g., agency-wide discharges, wait lists, contractual staff reports) as assigned.
  • Handle processing of MH3 referrals and preparation for P/P meetings.
  • Perform administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and copying.
  • Manage correspondence with external entities as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Document according to clinical policies and procedures, DMH, CARF, and other federal or state program standards.
