About The Position

The Administrative Assistant I will provide administrative support to our Outpatient Office located in Woodward, OK. This position requires having the knowledge of the procedure and techniques of business communication, spelling, punctuation and business English; of business mathematics; of modern office methods and procedures; of the maintenance of complex records; and of the major policies and procedures governing assigned programs. Ability is required to maintain effective working relationships with others; to handle confidential work; to interpret and handle routine matters in accordance with agency policy; and to follow oral and written instructions. Incumbent must be able to interview callers, arrange appointments and handle office details.

Requirements

  • Four years of technical clerical office work or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to pass an OSBI background check.
  • Must possess a US driver's license.
  • Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.
