This role is central to keeping daily business functions running smoothly and supporting multiple leaders in a fast-paced environment. This position is intentionally designed to flex based on experience and strengths. The role may lean more heavily into: Front Desk & Accounting Support (AP/AR, invoicing, reporting), OR Operations & HR Support (scheduling, employee coordination, reporting, compliance) The ideal candidate brings strong administrative fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while serving as a reliable point of coordination across departments.
