Requirements

  • Have a genuine passion for supporting children, families, and educators?
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED (ECE coursework preferred)?
  • Possess strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills?
  • Meet all requirements for this role?

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside center leadership to support daily administrative operations, scheduling, filing, and office organization.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive workplace and create a welcoming, engaging space for children and families.
  • Communicate with parents and families, sharing important updates and assisting with enrollment, billing, attendance, and general inquiries through various methods including phone calls, emails, and in-person conversations.
  • Maintain accurate student records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies.
