About The Position

Provides administrative and secretarial support for a department or group of individuals. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: coordinating meetings; ordering supplies and equipment; and coordinating other assistants and clerical staff. While this position coordinates and executes administrative tasks, substantial time is spent performing secretarial duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
