About The Position

This is a temporary position approximately 6-8 months on the job site in Bay Minette, AL , from Monday to Saturday 7:00AM to 5:30PM The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and coordination for projects reporting to the Payroll / Administrator. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction and industrial services projects. The Administrative Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and procedures and adhere to Petrochem Insulation safety standards and protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge and experience in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree
  • Previous experience in accounts payable, accounting support, or construction administration.
  • Experience in the construction industry.
