The Cottages Group is currently seeking a customer service oriented Administrative Assistant-Front Desk Coordinator to provide a friendly welcome to visitors and direct them to the appropriate department as well as a variety of other clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and time management skills. This is a non-exempt, full-time position working 8:00am to 4pm, Monday-Friday, but will require flexibility to accommodate personnel schedules.
