Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems
  • Develop and improve processes for document storage and retrieval
  • Ensure records are consistently accurate, secure, and audit-ready
  • Scan, digitize, and categorize documents for streamlined access
  • Track and manage documentation with a high level of detail and accountability
  • Maintain orderly office systems, supplies, and storage areas
  • Support leadership and team members with high-priority administrative needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement better organizational practices
