About The Position

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative services to the customer business units, supporting two leaders including arranging travel, expense reporting, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and events, recording meeting minutes, preparing purchase requisitions/SOWs/requesting POs, and other general office administration. This role involves working with confidential and sensitive information and requires strong interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team player. The ideal candidate will be able to pull together professional presentations and other documents rapidly, multi-task effectively under pressure and deadlines, and handle event coordination with all levels of the organization with professionalism. Experience in working and communicating with employees, leaders, and customers is essential. The role demands strong organizational skills for managing calendars, international travel itineraries, and phone calls. Technical competence with office equipment and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) are required. The ability to work independently, follow through on assignments with attention to detail, and maintain confidentiality are key attributes. Integrity, accountability, and high ethical standards are expected, along with excellent writing and proofreading skills.

  • Five to Ten years of administrative experience, preferably in a large, global enterprise
  • University degree, or 2 year certificate preferred
