Requirements

  • Relevant experience in an administrative assistant role with similar responsibilities
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French and English
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the team in the daily operations of the office
  • Ensuring the monitoring and updating of collections and documentary resources
  • Managing the inventory of office supplies
  • Preparing and reviewing documents, reports, and communications
  • Reproducing, sorting, and assembling various documents
