This role involves managing multiple units, departments, and potentially campuses, ensuring accurate time code allocation, monitoring time and labor edits, trends, and discrepancies. The position also requires managing daily scheduling changes, tracking healthcare teammate license verification, maintaining ShiftSelect credential updates, and handling teammate PTO tracking. Additionally, the role involves managing MLOA/FMLA reports and reconciliation, participating in candidate interviews, maintaining A&C records and biweekly reconciliation reports, staying knowledgeable about healthcare trends and regulations, monitoring premium pay programs, managing multiple projects, and providing general support to Nurse Managers and cross-functional areas. The Administrative Assistant will also support operational projects aimed at improving overall performance and achieving identified goals.
