About The Position

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support the team and employee-facing operations throughout the season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels in customer service and administrative support. The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the onsite team by assisting with recruiting, onboarding support, uniform distribution, employee engagement activities, recordkeeping, and general administrative tasks. This role contributes to a positive and smooth employee experience at Lucky Strike.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative support, HR support, or related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive employee information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with standard office technology and equipment.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods using a computer.
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods during the workday.
  • Occasional bending, kneeling, or reaching.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • College coursework or equivalent experience considered.
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets or Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome employees, candidates, and guests with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Represent Lucky Strike professionally and support compliance with company policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Assist with recruiting and interviewing activities throughout the season.
  • Schedule new hire orientations.
  • Conduct venue tours for new employees.
  • Create and distribute employee ID badges and name tags.
  • Distribute employee uniforms and maintain accurate uniform inventory records.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing fun and engaging employee events.
  • Support positive employee relations through friendly communication and timely follow-up.
  • Perform copying, filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Support leadership with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
