The Administrative Assistant performs various administrative and office support activities for the office. The position includes: Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls accordingly. Receive and direct clients and/or visitors. Responsible for document and plan reproduction, word processing, and sending faxes. Assist in preparation and finalization of client proposals. Prepare and coordinate reports and engineering submission packages. Maintain office documents and environment. Schedule meetings and conference calls as required. Handle daily distribution of external and internal mail. Ensure outbound mail is processed timely. Perform other duties as assigned.
